We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Scheduler to join our roofing company. The Inside Sales Scheduler will be responsible for managing inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for roofing consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound leads from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  2. Engage with potential customers to understand their roofing needs and educate them about our products and services.
  3. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring alignment with our target market and service offerings.
  4. Schedule appointments for roofing consultations with qualified leads, coordinating availability with field sales representatives.
  5. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage lead information, track interactions, and schedule appointments.
  6. Follow up with leads to confirm appointment details, provide additional information, and address any questions or concerns.
  7. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide support as needed.
  9. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment scheduling targets.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales and scheduling processes, seeking feedback from customers and team members.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors Degree Preferred
  2. Proven experience in Inside Sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
  6. Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  10. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
