Job description

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on customer outreach to drive sales. This position involves calling on existing customers, stagnant customers, following up on leads and some cold calling based on research within our markets. They will relationship build with the customer, update key contacts/information within a CRM system and share our product offerings. Work with our customers to define their needs and connect them to the appropriate internal or external team and ensuring follow through by motivating others. Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to share company products and increase customer awareness.
Core ResponsibilitiesAccount Management - Connecting with Dealers to keep LMI front of mindCustomer Outreach - contacting current or potential customers, identify key platers and generate interest in LMI productsDevelop Sales Opportunities - researching, identify potential customers and following up on leadsQuote ManagementQualifying and Follow Up - Sharing opportunities with internal and external sales staff and ensuring follow throughSupporting Administrative duties with the external sales teamReporting activities for Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)Other Functions and ResponsibilityDeveloping rapport with customersOutbound calling to potential customers through researchDocumentation of sales activities within a CRM systemInterfacing with Customer Service and Engineering to service the customerAssist in administrative duties as needed by the sales teamRequirementsThree to five years experience with account management or equivalentInside sales within foodservice is preferredStrong communication verbally and writtenIntermediate to advanced skills within Microsoft Office productsStrong listening and presentation skills
