Essential Functions:
- Understanding of CRM logic – how it works and its effectiveness
- Maintain reporting of leads and keep accurate up to date records
- Effectively learn and execute the processes taught
- Work leads from database to qualify prospective clients
- Research, curate, source, and schedule marketing and social media campaigns
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Make outbound calls and emails
- Engage and book appointments with decision-makers at all levels to close desirable business
- Understand the prospect's pain points and growth initiatives to position a solution
- Speak and present the story of our company - prepare and run web demos / tutorials
- Complete New Client Onboarding and communicate account need to support staff
- Maintain strong relationships and a high level of interaction with team leaders and members
