The Inside Sales Center Supervisor position exists to lead and manage the team at its entirety. To be an extension of the Manger of the Inside Sales Center (ISC) and work closely with the strategy and execution of the Team performance within the call center. Position is Salary with commission compensation related to team performance; some weekend work required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING \u007C THE ROLE
- Daily management of the Team. In the office and work from home employees. For both inbound and outbound client interactions.
- Assist with Training of New Hires.
- Live Coaching and training daily.
- Ride-alongs with real time coaching.
- Be capable of managing reporting needs. Excel knowledge is important.
- Listening to calls and providing coaching per employees.
- Performance management based on daily reporting and production.
- Help and lead with our performance contests to drive production and engagement.
- Accurately complete administrative duties. (i.e. Attendance tracking, time of requests)
- Routinely update all necessary functions within CRM Tool. (Enabled)
- Support our culture of delighting new and existing customers.
- Handle phone escalations from clients.
- Lead meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING \u007C THE PERSON
- 3-5 years of sales experience/ call center/ leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
- Intermediate CRM capability and understanding.
- Intermediate capability in Excel, PPT and Microsoft.
- Be able to manage the workforce and ensure queue staffing.
- Analyze data and coach to performance.
- Work in our CRM (Enabled) and produce reports.
- Handle escalated clients and problem solve.
