INSIDE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Position Purpose
The role of the Inside Project Coordinator is to assist with preparing daily estimating tasks, submittals, quantity take offs and working with operations to coordinate all aspects of the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing estimates.
- Acquire vendor pricing.
- Maintain regular communications and collaboration with estimators and vendors.
- Prepare outgoing mail, email and other types of online correspondence.
- Assemble, organize and file at job completion, project documentation
- Interact with team members and other departments on a daily basis.
- Track project deliverables.
- Interact with field technicians.
- Project reports and tracking
Requirements for Position:
- Ability to work under deadlines and schedules
- Proficient in the use of a networked PC.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Microsoft Office, Visio
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is key.
- Respond timely, effectively and efficiently to project adjustments and changes.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Resourceful – ability to research into project related issues and products.
- Must be able to seek, learn, suggest and apply new technologies.
Job Type: Full
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on level of experience.
