The ideal candidate is expected to ensures provide L2 Tech support on windows based environment. Manage the helpdesk system. The client is a leading commercial bank.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Helpdesk system
- Provide support in a Windows environment, hardware related issues.
- Assist during the online Zoom / MS Teams meeting.
- Assist with network / wireless connectivity.
Skills and Experience
- Must be familiar with windows OS and software.
- Must have minimum 2 years of IT Support experience.
- Certification would be a plus
Additional Info:
- Onsite, Part time role. 9 am - 11 am
