IT Administrator

Centra Funding is a funding company that uses its own capital to provide innovative financing programs for small businesses to equipment suppliers, manufacturers, and dealers. With over 40 years of management industry experience, Centra Funding finances businesses in almost every industry sector. Our headquarters is in Plano, Texas, with offices across the United States to serve the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Managing technical documentation.
• Improves system performance by solving problems and recommending effective changes.
• Manage IT equipment inventory.
• Onboarding and offboarding users.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years experience in Helpdesk/Desktop support position
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, configuration, deployment of Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of troubleshooting/support with Office 365 and other software.
• CompTIA Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Telecommunications experience
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good sense of humor
