Job Description:
Business analysis, ability to understand complex system requirements and translate those to the technical team. Troubleshoot issue with users and support them with bug fixes, feature request, etc. Test new releases and help manage releases to customers. Requirements documentation and technical documentation for new requirements, enhancements and issue, creating end user documentation, creating training documentation.
Specific skills and experience
Has the 5-6 years of experience. Has worked directly with end customers. Has done business analysis and documentation - understood customer requirements and pain points and documented them Has analyzed the customer requirement / problem by going into the software application and / or querying the data (meaning they were hands on in SQL) Has worked in an issue reporting system like Jira or Service Now Has created test cases and test plans Has done initial testing after the requirement was completed or the problem was solved by the tech team. Has created training documentation to train the customers Has trained the customers Responsibilities and Skills:
Customers would report that something is not working for them. That might be even hardware like barcode scanners and sensors (candidates don't need to work with hardware but they need to know how to locate the inputs coming in to the software application from these devices). Candidates should be able to trouble shoot the issues, connect with vendors if required and get the problem resolved.
