- This person will be trained to meticulously track and analyze data on tech platforms to inform community acquisition and retention tactics
- Daily media monitoring and insight sharing to optimize programs based on results
- Daily platform tracking to inform partner discovery and auditing
- Maintain day-to-day operations of evergreen influencer community growth
- Work with Sr. Manager on weekly and monthly influencer outreach lists
- Work with PR agency to deploy and execute weekly VIP sends
- Work with CRM platform to refresh, maintain and build influencer database
- Work with Sr. Manager to set benchmark KPI’s for quarterly community growth
- Work with Team to produce monthly reporting on trends, events, entertainment news
- Proactively identify new influencers the brand should collaborate with
- Evaluate opportunities for influencer and brand partnerships to grow awareness and reach
- Manage multi-tiered influencer approach: seeding, opportunistic influencer activations, affiliate programs, merch + mailers
- Flexibility to jump in and helping team when needed: brainstorming, send-outs, etc.
- Hybrid role, ability to be in the office 1-2 days a week
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience within influencer marketing, retention marketing, CRM
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Drive to find innovative and effective ways to excite and engage influencers with an emphasis on scaling the program
- Passionate about social media and influencers, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable with scaled influencer communication and outreach
- Affiliate marketing knowledge a plus
Compensation: $55k-70k (Commensurate with experience)
