Job Description:
Lead holistic growth and transformation consulting that enables new growth opportunities proactively (i.e., Demand Creation) as well as expand existing business (i.e., Demand Capture) for strategic large customers across the globe.
Desired Skills:
Minimum 15+ years relevant professional Advisory/Consulting experience
Extensive domain knowledge across Telecom, Media, Technology industry verticals with a profound understanding of the industry trends
Good communication, ability to create and present to CXO/ Leadership teams
Thought leadership and transformation mindset to drive growth objectives with good collaboration across multiple teams.
Proactive and open to contribute across emerging technologies and trends
White papers, Blogs, industry events publication are an added advantage
Flexibility to work with diverse COMPANY teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
Description of Responsibilities:
Front end with CXO stakeholders and leadership to strengthen relationships, develop mindshare and drive growth & transformation opportunities, engagements
Enable market research, competitor analysis, Whitespacing discussions & industry trends intelligence to shape up business planning & opportunities
Drive Advisory / Consulting for proactive / reactive opportunities and support RFPs/RFIs
Collaborate with customer stakeholders, COMPANY stakeholders (Managing Partners, Account teams, COEs, cross-industry SMEs, marketing etc.), Partner & alliance stakeholders to co-create and present POV's and solutions
Drive workshops and execute consulting engagements
Publish whitepapers, blogs on relevant topics including participation/presentation in industry events and seminars
Provide leadership and guidance to evangelize industry knowledge, assets, and artefacts across teams.
Qualifications:
Overall IT Industry : 20+ years of experience
Worked as a consultant, industry advisor, transformation partner from large consulting firms for last 15+ years
Should have all rounded knowledge across Technology and Large program implementations
Extensive domain knowledge across Telecom, Media, Technology industry verticals with a profound understanding of the industry trends
Good communication, ability to create and present to CXO/ Leadership teams
