Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Rock Hill, SC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Maintain & adhere all safety, health, and environmental policies & procedures
Maintain & repair maintenance shop equipment
Maintain & organize shop areas to include tools & parts
Assist in monitoring the organization, use & inventories of spare parts, maintenane supplies, equipment
Initiate re-ordering when necessary
Perform preventative & predictive maintenance and review the operation of plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime & identify opportunities for improvement
Working on cranes and welding machines
Clean & maintain work area
Install & maintain plant equipment
Work with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repairing of production machines
Work with 480v 3 phase, industrial & residential electrical & AC/DC electronic component, troubleshooting & repair
Read & interpret equipment manual schematics, blueprints, & work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test & adjust as required
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in Maintenance with Strong Background in Mechanical Systems
Skill in examining, evaluating, isolating faults, & repairing equipment
Understanding 3 phase electricity & components
Must Pass Drug Screen
Ability to interpret electrical schematics & blueprints
Communication Skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must have crane and welding machine experience in an industrial environment experience
Previous supervisory or team lead experience
Must be able to do this job with minimal direction
Ability to work at heights up to 50ft; climb ladders, stairs, reach overhead, etc.
