Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks an early to mid-career
level Facility Supervisor to join our mission. Virtually every
Space mission success starts with a strong foundation of
facility infrastructure design, construction, and execution
management, which is performed risk-free in support of
business needs without interruption. In this role, you will
be part of a team of agile professionals who perform
technical Facilities Maintenance & Operations
responsibilities in support of 24/7 industrial facility operations within our Mountain Region, which includes 3.8
million sq. ft. of structure space and 5,500 acres. As a
member of our Facilities team, you'll have the opportunity
to use your education/experience to take on interesting
challenges and become an integral part of our team as we
build new, or redesign current, state of the art engineering facilities such as anechoic & thermal vacuum chamber test areas, critical manufacturing & assembly areas, technology support operations centers, and cutting-edge customer demonstration capabilities to name a few. This role will challenge you to use innovative approaches that will enable our ability to achieve mission success. Overtime required for plant coverage as necessary.

Summary of Key Duties; In this role you will...

• Lead the Preventive Maintenance Program utilizing
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools, technology
and principals, and Production Equipment Maintenance and Repair
• Oversee all Campus assets in CMMS
• Manage Production equipment maintenance and repair
• Develop job plans for Production and Facility
Infrastructure Equipment
• Plan and develop Tier1 Infrastructure Readiness Reports
• Align Preventative Maintenance tasks and intervals to meet both regulatory requirements and best practices
• Provide guidance and supervision to Facilities
maintenance personnel
• Develop scopes of work (SOW) for preventative
maintenance and repair work
• Participate in weekend duty rotations for entire plant
coverage including on-call and overtime
• Ensure appropriate application of the UAW-LMC
Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in large facilities
infrastructure maintenance, operations, and/or machine
maintenance

• 3-5 years of experience working within a Preventive
Maintenance Program

• Experience in a manufacturing environment as it's related to service or repair of automated machinery

• Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
OR Preventative Maintenance Program

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
proficient

• Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance
Management Systems (CMMS)

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to
obtain/maintain a TS/SCI w/poly security clearance as a
condition of employment

Desired skills

• Active TS/SCI w/poly clearance

• Experience developing Preventive Maintenance Programs

• Experience developing and/or managing Production
Equipment/Tooling Maintenance Programs

• Experience with Asset Management

• Experience providing oversight and guidance to
contractors

• In depth experience working in CMMS (Computerized
Maintenance Management System)

• Familiarity and understanding of LM Command Media and Facilities operating processes and procedures

• Certification: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

• Experience managing Safety Plans and System of Safety
inspection documentation

• Experience in Facilities Risk Management/Root Cause
Analysis

• Experience working within a collective bargaining
agreement and oversight direct oversight of represented
employees

• Experience working independently in support of
24/7operational requirements to ensure continuous facility
operation

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $67,200 - $128,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $77,300 - $145,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
