Job Title: Industrial Electronics Repair Technician (must be located in Northwest Arkansas Region)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial electronic systems and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting complex electronic issues, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and Repair Electronic Systems (Specifically to solder and de-solder at a component level).

Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in industrial electronic systems, including control panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and other components.
Execute timely and accurate repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Perform Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial electronic equipment to detect potential issues before they escalate.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of electronic systems.
Read and Interpret Schematics:

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand the layout and functionality of electronic systems.
Use this information to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial electronics.
Calibration and Testing:

Knowledge and use of electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons and disordering guns, logic analyzers, power supplies and more.

Calibrate electronic instruments and devices to ensure accurate readings and optimal performance.
Conduct thorough testing of repaired equipment to guarantee functionality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance Teams:

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to discuss ongoing issues, improvements, and modifications to electronic systems.
Provide technical expertise to support project development and implementation.
Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment modifications.
Generate reports on equipment status, failure trends, and recommendations for improvements.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

Stay current with advancements in industrial electronics technology and industry best practices.
Recommend and implement updates to electronic systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:

Minimum of [X] years of experience in industrial electronics repair.
Associate's degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.
