Lead and manage properties and property managers and ALL operations in several states and cities for profitability, growth, acquisition and sales for the owned portfolio of an established investment company. It is okay if you have your own properties you are managing for others or yourself -- these can be folded into the operation without interruption. Extensive maintenance and leasing knowledge/experience is strongly preferred so profitability can be optimized. Experience as a property manager or regional manager, property management bookkeeping, sales/acquisition brokerage are all a plus. Experience managing properties in locations where you are not located and experience managing properties for an owner/manager or your own properties so you understand optimization and cost reduction are particularly helpful. Commercial property management experience and leasing is also useful. Your compensation will be based upon performance using net operating income and other factors that reflect the economic outcomes of activities. You must have strong communication and business operations skills. Periodic travel required to cities in Southeast and Midwest.
