In Office Sales Representative
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week onsite In Office). When reporting to the office, the location will be on PR-SAN JUAN, 330 CALLE SAN LUIS.
Schedule: This position will work full-time. Monday thru Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
The In Office Sales Representative is responsible for conducting presentations in-office and telephone presentations to potential members to close sale(s).
How you will make an impact
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Generate leads through referral development, follow up on direct mail or other direct response marketing.
- Assist the potential member in completion of the application as necessary.
- Network to establish and maintain relationships with community contacts, providers, members, and others who may refer potential leads.
- Check all applications for completeness and accuracy before submission to the sales Coordinator.
M in imum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in marketing or related discipline and minimum of 1 year healthcare sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Fully bilingual required.
- Sales license required upon hire or is required to be obtained and appointed the provisional license within thirty (30) days of hire. Must achieve the sales license according on the exam date established by the Puerto Rico Insurance Commissioner.
