**Direct Hire Opportunities:** We are urgently hiring for both shop-based Technicians/Mechanics and mobile service truck Technicians/Mechanics. In these roles, you'll play a key part in repairing and maintaining customer equipment, developing market opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Job Summary:

- Work on cutting-edge truck mounted cranes and railroad equipment.

- Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic system issues.

- Keep equipment in top-notch condition through preventive maintenance.

- Tackle vehicle deficiencies with precision and expertise.

- Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance.

- Maintain detailed records of services and repairs.

- Collaborate closely with the Parts Department on inventory management.

- Stay updated on industry advancements through continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 5 years of proven Technician/Mechanic experience with a focus on heavy-duty trucks and truck-mounted equipment.

- Specific experience working on a diverse range of brands, including but not limited to Freightliner, Kenworth, Sterling, Western Star, IMT, Cormach, Palfinger, Princeton, Fassi, PM, USTC, Manitex, Merlo, Manitou, National, Elliott, Terex.

- Expertise in various equipment types such as knuckle booms, man lifts, and material handling equipment.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Must be dependable with a valid driver's license.
