role in achieving this mission by assisting customers in finding the best comfort solutions possible.
Qualifications
Your Desirable Abilities and Skills:
• Expertise in customer service and sales (ideally including in-home sales).
• Good technical knowledge regarding HVAC and air quality allowing you to configure system
replacements and upgrades in the home.
• Able to specify and configure all types of Water Heaters and determine compliance with current
code requirements.
• An ability to simplify even the most complex concepts and explain technical details well.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in spoken and written forms.
• Adept at making quick decisions and flexing presentations in response to client input.
• Able to build trust and report with ease.
• Desire to learn and implement proven systems, be accountable for performance and contribute to
refinements and improvements in the systems.

Responsibilities
Your Role In-Store:
• Take ownership of a group of retail stores and manage them to create maximum sales
opportunities for you to run.
• Share knowledge and inspire the Retailer team to generate leads for you.
• Work with Store Management to create events which enhance lead acquisition for your store.
• Spotlight our Heritage collaboration and how it benefits the Retailer & the Associates.
• Create and manage exciting promo opportunities to enhance your lead flow.
• Work with Retailers customers in-store to generate additional bookings for you to run.
Your Role In-Home:
• Share presentations which inspire and inform.
• Decode technical complexities for customers' benefit.
• Spotlight the advantages of our Retailer + Heritage collaboration.
• Seamlessly integrate financing, discounts, and value propositions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and comprehensive solutions.
Compensation and Rewards You Deserve:
• Extremely attractive Compensation Plan (this is NOT straight Commission Only) - you will receive
significant base pay weekly, plus commission on all sales over a low minimum threshold with
expected earnings in the range of $75k to $150k per year.
