The Implementation Specialists is a key member of the Operations team. They work with new customers to perform system, solutions, service and technical implementation for merchant accounts and business stakeholder.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of NET1 and partner products/services
- Implement add-ons, and integrations for all new and existing customers
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely delivery of the add-on products, services or integrations
- Confirm customer can connect and use add-on products or integrations after the implementation has been completed.
- Work with support on handling technical issues with add-ons, and integrations
- Provide live webinar training to merchants
- Communicate with sales teams on the status of the customers calls
- Manage multiple implementations needs at one time.
- Assist with supporting all NET1 customers
- Provide system and reporting training using Go-to-Meeting and Go-to-Training either individually or a group basis
- Help in the creation of best practice dealer processes and work with Documentation team to get processes defined for our internal team
