They work with new customers to perform system, solutions, service and technical implementation for merchant accounts and business stakeholder.Responsibilities:Develop an extensive working knowledge of NET1 and partner products/servicesImplement add-ons, and integrations for all new and existing customersEnsure client satisfaction and retention through timely delivery of the add-on products, services or integrationsConfirm customer can connect and use add-on products or integrations after the implementation has been completed.Work with support on handling technical issues with add-ons, and integrationsProvide live webinar training to merchants Communicate with sales teams on the status of the customers calls Manage multiple implementations needs at one time.Assist with supporting all NET1 customersProvide system and reporting training using Go-to-Meeting and Go-to-Training either individually or a group basis Help in the creation of best practice dealer processes and work with Documentation team to get processes defined for our internal team #LI-REMOTE Employment Type: FULL_TIME
