A successful Implementation HR Product Line Lead at Wurk will provide subject matter expertise on HR implementation technology and processes as well as successfully implementing clients accurately and on time. The HR Product Lead will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of new clients for HR Modules (HR Core, Benefits, Performance, ATS, Compensation, ACA, E-Verify, etc.) or other Integrations, as well as driving HR product solutions and QA for HR implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the onboarding and training of new and existing team members for process changes, product releases, integrations and operational improvements.
    • Ensure QA is done on all projects/tasks - directly and through managing QA assignments.
    • Participate in product update planning meetings to understand product releases, test new functionality as required, provide guidance on internal and external communications and transfer knowledge to team members.
    • Operationalize and create SOPs for new product releases working in tandem with Product Team. At a minimum, review and update as appropriate existing workflows and SOPs annually.
    • Collaborate cross departmentally on projects to identify and implement cross department initiatives and process improvements.
    • Provide general guidance regarding subject matter expertise.
  • Implementation Consultant Specific Responsibilities:
    • Participate in all client meetings, providing expertise in the Kronos HR Module(s)
    • Conduct HR Discovery sessions with clients to understand and document client's payroll configuration requirements
    • Configure the Kronos HR Module(s) to accommodate all client requirements.
    • Configure integrations for the following solutions for new clients and add-ons for existing clients and provide client training on such as required
    • Conduct client trainings for all HR Module(s).
    • Provide support throughout the implementation process to clients and team members for HR related items.
    • Update all project materials to track completion of tasks and ensure all project documentation is in shared folders for the purposes of information retention and quality assurance.
    • Provide feedback to Project Manager any items that are needed to complete configuration or drive milestones.
    • Provide cyclical support for the following:
      • Open Enrollment annual updates & ad hoc Benefit plan adds
      • ACA Year End Process (October - April Year End Process)

Required Skill Sets and Experience
  • Demonstrated desire to mentor others and identify ways to improve overall team performance and efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience with UKG Ready HR Modules preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems implementations with a role in at least 2 of the following areas required: configuration, UAT, QA, internal/external customer rollout, or training.
  • Experience in business process mapping
  • Experience in change management as an asset
  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices required.
  • Understanding of different industries and how Kronos WFR implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems
  • WFM experience with one or more of the following applications preferred: SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
  • Customer relationship acumen and experience required.
  • Proven ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer trainings.
  • A strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Personable and able to maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team members
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

The approximate base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 based on candidate experience, education, and geographic location. This is the range for residents in Colorado, consideration will be given for location, experience, etc.
