UKG Global Delivery Service is seeking energetic and experienced Sr. Implementation Advisor focusing on the award-winning HRMS/Payroll solution UKG Dimensions/Pro. As a Sr. Implementation Advisor for UKG you will perform various roles during the course of a client implementation cycle. Projects will warrant you to provide data and task management expertise, as well as specific product knowledge, data mapping, testing, and analytical skills. You will work directly with clients to review their current payroll setup and assist in collecting data and requirements. Prior payroll administration and reconciliation experience is required. Payroll system implementation experience and ability to identify and correct calculation/tax issues desired.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
- Collect and review client data prior to implementation
- Ability to start, analyze, track progress, and maintain an assigned project through completion
- Focus on identifying issues and reconciling payroll amounts back to previous provider reports
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding project/task status and project hours into Salesforce/PSA
- Provide recommendations back to the team leads on the status of clients and the need for any escalation
- Assist with data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Dimensions & UKG Pro for various conversion needs
- Participate in the testing and development of new tools and technologies
- Provide input on methodology and process improvements for both internal team use and around the work flow process between other internal teams
- Guide customers on the use of UKG tools and provide training and guidance on the completion of requirements gathering
- Subject Matter expert that provides consultants and partners support and training on the use of tools used by the Global Delivery Teams (Connect, Launch, Console, Training/UltiUniversity/KMAPLive, Business Structure Design Tool)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of UKG Products (Dimensions or Pro) desired, strong background in implementation or industry required
- Prior experience processing and reconciling a payroll for a multi-state organization
- Prior experience working on a payroll system implementation desired
- Excellent coaching and feedback skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Actively listens to what others are saying, seeking and sharing information
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills
- Clear and concise in communicating information
- Foresees potential problems and takes corrective action to ensure achievement of goals
- Results driven orientation within a team environment

- SQL knowledge is preferred but not required

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $59,300 to $89,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
