Summary
The HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician provides service and repair of commercial HVAC/refrigeration and or kitchen equipment.
Details
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, and or kitchen equipment.
- Communicates parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office.
- Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
- Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
- Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines.
- Meet on-call requirements.
Required Experience | Education
- Three years of combined HVAC/Refrigeration and or commercial kitchen repair experience.
- High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot;
- A mechanical background and or skills in automotive, electrical, installation would be a plus.
- Journeyman License and or CFESA certification would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Good driving record.
