SUMMARY

Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4.30pm, overtime as required and occasional Saturday during peak seasons.

Our Sales Coordinator is responsible for booking all sales opportunities, coordinating salesperson calendars, following up with clients, tracking and reporting on sales opportunity status and supporting the sales team. Qualify and follow up on sales leads to ensure that the client's sale is completed in a timely manner. Assist in scheduling inspections, process equipment warranty registration, rebates and assist in processing permits for all jobs.  Provide support and serve as a backup to the Installation Coordinator and CSRs as needed.

  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS office and computerized technology systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and display a positive attitude towards work and be a team player.
  • Knowledge of industry is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Self-motivated and must have initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize, organize, document information, keep accurate records and follow-up as necessary to complete customer's job accurately and on time.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Follow standard operating procedures to address all incoming sales leads from both technicians, current and potential clients. Set up appointments, create opportunity in system, and notify sales team of appointments. Oversee the status of all opportunities in system, ensuring we have all quotes provided to clients in a timely manner.

With every interaction, provide a world-class customer service experience.

  • Manage the Sales Team calendars and sales rotation
  • Provide weekly report to sales team/management on opportunity status.
  • Handle incoming calls from prospects following up on sales appointments and quotes
  • Upon conclusion of the job, handle job closeout process including equipment registration, rebates, free maintenance agreements, rebates, referral gift cards and thank you gifts.
  • Ensure the client experience has been a good one
  • Schedule residential and commercial inspections
  • Assist in all aspects of processing permit applications and follow-ups for all municipal building permits as required.
  • Assist the Installation Coordinator as needed with job processing
  • Keep clients appraised to the company's schedule and requested lead times
  • Daily communication of job sold by sales team with the Company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be (18) eighteen years of age or older.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Pass background screening clearance for employment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years as a Sales Coordinator or similar Sales role.
  • Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry, preferred.
