HVAC Sales (Commercial Service & Construction)

As an HVAC Project Sales, you will market the Company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions, including estimating / proposal presentations for mechanical projects in commercial markets.

Commercial HVAC Project Sales responsibilities and duties

• Support the collective efforts and quality of the team; respond quickly and effectively to the needs of internal and external clients.

• Develop proposals with pricing and margins consistent with the Company's requirements.

• Manage and coordinate projects with management, technicians, and dispatchers.

• Responsible for meeting overall sales objectives by reaching sales and gross margin objectives.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry

• Ability to deliver effective sales solutions/presentations at all levels (facility manager/property manager/CEO); able to bring the technical talking points down to non-specialists's terms

• Can prospect for sales opportunities within a customer base as well as develop opportunities outside of the customer base
