Hvac Sales & Comfort Consultant

Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking to expand our staff with an HVAC sales consultant who has at least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, and 5 years in the HVAC industry who is looking to establish a career with a quality organization.

*Requirements:

·         Experience in selling HVAC equipment to both residential and light commercial customers

o   2 years minimum

·         Ability to effectively present sales presentations to customers

·         Ability to up-sell high efficiency equipment

·         Proven success in sales

·         Strong follow up, closing, and organizational skills

·         Experience in diagnosing and completing HVAC repairs on both residential and light commercial equipment

o   5 years minimum

·         Working knowledge of national codes and best practices

·         Ability to multi-task, reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks

·         Personable and professional approach to our clients

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         A high school diploma or GED equivalent

·         A current driver’s license with a clean driving record

·         Ability to work some Saturdays
