Job Description
- Manage a team of consultants that provide installation, upgrades, training, and maintenance of products to clients.
- Must be able to lead projects and team without supervision
- Manage and organize the Payzer database for machine allocation
- Responsible for leading HVAC maintenance and reliability activities on manufacturing process equipment (extruders, mixers, conveyors, blowers, palletizes, tanks, pumps, motors ), HVAC equipment (cooling towers, chillers ), utility equipment (compressors, boilers, facilities (buildings, grounds ) and plant mobile equipment
- Troubleshoots HVAC Equipment devices in operation
- Maintain records, reports, recommendations, and evaluations, reflecting the conditions under which general building maintenance operations are performed
- Leads a team of maintenance technicians on daily maintenance operations with a focus on achieving efficiently run maintenance projects and operational functions
- Practice continuous improvement behaviors to develop and fine-tune the day-to-day procedures to assist in the efficient operations of the department
- Assists Supervisor with investigations and resolution of equipment-related variances
- Provides redundancy coverage for the Department
- Maintain company vehicles
- Create purchase requisitions using a corporate procurement program
- This position requires frequent standing, walking and reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and shifts -- Sunday-Saturday, weekends & holidays as needed by the department
- Must be able to utilize technology, including computers, email, mobile phones
