Form of workThis position will be located in DCAA Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, VA OR at a DCAA Center of Resource Excellence location (Lowell MA, La Palma CA, Smyrna GA, Cherry Hill, NJ, King of Prussia, PA, or Irving TX). Location of the position will be determined at the time of selection.

Specialized Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing descriptive and predictive analytics from raw personnel data and aggregated data in systems such as Advana or a Customer Relationship Management tool to support HR decision making; Utilizing SQL and machine learning tools and concepts to produce valuable insights to the organization; Collaborating with functional experts to identify and analyze data trends related to HR systems, processes, and policies; Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making; Collaborating with HR and IT staff to design, develop, and maintain HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS and personnel applications; Providing technical support and training to HR and management officials on the interoperability and operation of HRIS application; Analyzing HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommending automation solutions.
