HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST III/IV
SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist III/IV provides support in the areas of HRIS, Compensation/Benefits and training. They will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of several HR systems and the generation of HR related reports including the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.

- Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports and Dashboards to meet the requirements of Human Resources & external customers, management, and staff
- Generate SOX audit reports & participate in SOX audits as required
- Generate and submit reports for HR compliance:
- EEO-1
- CA Pay Data Reporting
- PPACA
- External Benchmarking analysis:
- Complete Salary Surveys
- Salary
- Benefits
- Trends
- Turnover
- Sales
- Download data & update internal reports and databases
- Complete Salary Surveys
- Administer Leaves of Absence
- Support 401(k) Plan Administration and Audits
- Work with HR & IT teams to evaluate software needs and modify existing systems to meet changing demands.
- Work with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to rapidly task shift and reprioritize work when urgent requests arise
- Productive and successful in an intense work environment
- Ability to build trust broadly and maintain strict confidentiality
- Effective and proactive oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; proficient in all other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Power BI, Cognos Analytics, or similar report writing tools
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
- or equivalent work experience.
