This is a permanent, direct placement opportunity in a salaried position with benefits, working 1st shift (8am - 5pm), and is overtime eligible. Responsibilities Coordinate benefits program and assist Team Members with questions concerning company benefits Aid Team Members, Team Leaders and Group Leaders in solving work-related problems Assist with staffing hourly and salary positions Participate in new Team Member orientation Monitor progress of new Team Members Perform exit interviews Assist with company activities (i.e.
picnics, company newsletters), as required Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager Requirements Proficient personal computer and system software skills. ADP is a plus Leadership (team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness) Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation) Communication (verbal communication, listening, written communication) Judgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving, awareness) Performance skills (accuracy with details, planning and organizing, efficiency) Personal characteristics (motivation/commitment, flexibility, assertiveness) Hours: 2nd shift hours will primarily be 4pm to 1 am Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or Human Resources preferred Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources or professional office experience.
