We are looking for a dedicated and professional Human Resources / Payroll Administrator to help further our operations. You would start off in assisting with most aspects of Payroll Administrational and Human Resources. Candidates should be a Skilled Multi-tasker who wishes to help improve our Policies & Procedures. The goal will be for you to capitalize on this opportunity and take full control of Payroll Administration and Human Resources.
Job Description
- Maintains payroll best practices to maximize efficiency and improve processes.
- Processes payroll for hourly, salaried, including reviewing and importing hours from a time and attendance system or manual timecards, and entering pay, tax, and direct deposit information.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, mandatory deductions (garnishments, tax levies, and support orders), and other adjustments to pay as necessary
- Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reporting on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, etc. pertaining to client requirements.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, and provides payroll information by answering employee questions and requests
- Responsible for multiple human resource activities to focus on team member relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members across the company, working to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team members to achieve our shared goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Recommended Experience and Education
- Previous payroll and/or human resources experience with ADP
- Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
Pay
- $20 an hour
- Weekly pay frequency
- Advancement opportunities will be granted after demonstrating full understanding of the role
