Responsibilities include: 1) Assist with all internal and external HR-related manners 2) Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures including safety programs according to regulations 3) Recommend strategies to motivate employees 4) Investigate complaints brought forward by employees 5) Assist management with corrective and disciplinary actions 6) Coordinate employee performance improvement plans with management 7) Maintain personnel records for accuracy and compliance 8) Process weekly payroll for field personnel 9) Monitor the organization's attendance and PTO records 10) Manage unemployment claims and WC claims process 11) Manage benefits for employees including open enrollment 12) Assist with the recruitment/hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment offer letters Critical Requirements 1) A university degree is required.
