Enhance Health is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Coral Springs Office. This position will provide Human Resources oversight for all employees, reporting directly to our VP Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to shape our process, policies, systems and culture.

Duties of the Human Resource Manager include:
- Responsible for managing and leading the Human Resources function
- The HR Manager collaborates with the Management Team, to establish and implement company Policies and Procedures, develop infrastructure relevant to all employees.
- The position has responsibilities related to staffing, onboarding, employee relations, talent acquisitions, benefits, required documentation KPI’s and reporting etc.
- Promoting and developing safe and inclusive workplace
- Proven achievements in improving all aspects of Human Resources functions
- Ability to deal effectively with all employees with patience, tact and diplomacy, collect accurate information and resolve issues.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be energetic, a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented working both independently and with a team.
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures as well as considerable knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources matters.
- Managing and enhancing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, performance management, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
Human Resources certification preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in human resources required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, PowerPoint and HRIS
