Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, OD, Instructional Design, HR, Humanities
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- 3 years of experience configuring a learning management system
- 3 years of experience in instructional design/development
- 2 years of experience developing compelling dashboards with data or working with learning and talent data
- 1 year experience working with vendors
- 1 year of managing budgets
Licenses/Certifications
- Preferred, ATD Instructional Design Certificate
- Preferred, HRCI PHR or SPHR Certification
- Preferred, ATD CPLP Certification
Job Description
Learning and Development Services Consultant
This position executes the activities that the L D Services team supports, including but not limited to training, talent management, engagement and OCM at Comerica. This position frequently or occasionally supports reporting and communication, technology and tool management, operations (processes and procedures), curriculum management, and vendor and budget management. This position interacts frequently with all HRCL team members, colleagues across every LOB, and all levels of senior management.
Position Responsibilities
Reporting Communication
- Includes but is not limited to creating and supporting sustainable reports and tools that support a learning culture and an engaged workforce, the Voice of the Colleague initiative, SharePoint site leadership, and data analytics.
Technology Tool Management
- Includes but is not limited to executing a technology strategy, supporting the HRCL team and company with administration, support, technology, and tools; ensuring the technology and tools are compliant and adoption/utilization is maximized.
Operations
- Includes but is not limited to providing guidance and support concerning HRCL's processes, procedures, record retention, folder management, app allocation, and risk management and responses.
Curriculum Management
- Includes but is not limited to providing guidance concerning learning frameworks so that HRCL teams use consistent methods and frameworks and reviewing learning content for consistency and quality.
Vendor Budget Management
- Includes but is not limited to managing existing and potential vendors, contract management, monthly budget reconciliation, and supporting the Manager with next year's budget plan.
