Human Resources Generalist

Anchor Talent has partnered with a hypergrowth manufacturing startup in North Austin to recruit an Human Resources Generalist (HRG) that can assist with daily HR administration. They are seeking someone who is looking to grow, be a leader and mentor to a team and manage several projects. This role will be in North Austin, TX.

This role initially will have a heavy recruiting focus to build out teams in new facility currently being built out. This is an onsite role with a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts and needs of facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and train managers on HRMS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
• Perform and assist in general audits (payroll, data quality, payroll)
• Heavy recruiting responsibilities
• Manage HRIS information and records input and upkeep
• Support HR initiatives by providing reports using advanced data extraction techniques headcount, EEOC and AAP reporting
• Responsible for data accuracy within HRIS System, processing employee records, system tables and employee changes.
• Compile and analyze reports from various systems and share data and findings with leadership
• Continuously seek reporting enhancements and system updates
• Manage 3rd party vendors and client relationships
• Assist with change management and training initiatives related to HR systems and related processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related field required
• 2+ years of related HR in a manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with Workday, Kronos, UKG
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines
• Strong recruiting background for hypergrowth initiatives
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred
