Located within its corporate headquarters in the Independence Mall area of Philadelphia, this position offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual looking to bring a strong skill set in Human Resources and project management to directly impact a growing international organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Major initial area of responsibility will focus on project management and overseeing our upcoming office move
- Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure successful and efficient completion of office move
- Maintain annual historical compensation database, including certifications, payroll files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality
- Digitize existing employee files and manage cloud-based employee document management system, again, with integrity and confidentiality
- Assist in payroll functions including processing and checking payroll
- Advocate for employees both internally and externally
- Perform additional tasks and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management.
- This position reports directly to the Director, Human Resources
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience, with Human Resources and/or project management experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within different levels of the organization and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- A team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations and information with empathy, integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Well-developed administrative skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Good listener and self-motivated individual.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to take initiative
- Experience with ADP Platform is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel abilities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
