The Administrative Supervisor is supervised by the Director and is responsible for assisting the CDSA Director, Assistant Director, and other management staff in meeting the agency's mission. The Administrative Supervisor also supervises Administrative Associates and temp employees.

The Division of Child and Family Well-Being works to meet the health, social and emotional needs of children, youth, and families in North Carolina.
This position is the local CDSA Human Resource Coordinator with responsibilities to include: completing all new employee orientation, preparing and processing personnel forms for submission to the Section for both new and separating employees, and serving as local agency insurance and benefits coordinator.
This position serves as the Office Manager responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position serves as the BEACON Time Keeper, using the Beacon system to audit an approve time. Monthly audits are conducted on each employee to monitor time entry and recording errors. It will bring together complementary programs from the Divisions of Public Health, Mental Health, and Social Services to maximize services and outcomes for children and their families, including nutrition programs (SNAP, WIC and Child and Adult Care Food Program), health and prevention services for children and youth, children's behavioral health services, and early intervention programs. This position will transfer to the Division of Child and Family Well Being this calendar year.
