Position Summary
The Human Resources Consultant will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with their clients policies.
Responsibilities
- Provides expert advice, counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project-basis in areas of HR that include HR Policy and Compliance
- Establish strong partnerships with clients and employees
- Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
- Generate and implement new ideas
- Create and conduct active training programs
- Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
- Maintain HR databases and personnel files
- Manage all training and development activities
- Perform audit and compliance reporting
- Promotes HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- HR Certification required
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
Work Environment:Hybrid
