LHH has partnered with a sustainability-focused supply chain solutions company in the search for an HR Analyst.

The HR Analyst will be reporting directly to the CHRO and working regularly with them, the North American HR Director, and directors and management across every department in the company's North American branch on all HR data and reporting projects. They will be the company’s Subject Matter Expert in SAP Success Factors (Illumiti) and other HRIS system integrations, collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to ensure all HR disciplines remain in legal compliance.

Compensation: $80k - $85k + 10% performance bonus
PTO: 3 weeks of vacation + 2 sick days + 10 paid company holidays
*PTO is available to use immediately and is pro-rated based on start-date

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and maintains all HRIS function and projects, including but not limited to installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Collaborates with business partners and HR Services team members to identify system improvements and enhancements while also being able to recommend and implement solutions proactively and collaboratively.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Compiles or assists with complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR Services Team members, analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Serves as liaison between HR Services, HRIS external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Heavy PowerBI & SAP Successfactors, and Illumiti experience are necessary.
- Is proficient with HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software such as ADP, Workday, and Oracle as well.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of HRIS and data analytics experience working with various levels of an organization
- Thoroughly understands local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter and take the initiative to perform duties independently as well as in a team
- Able to organize work, engage in various tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
