Job Summary
Under moderate supervision performs human resources administrative work of considerable difficulty; performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Design and generate HRIS reports using Excel, HR Connect as needed to produce comprehensive reports. Research, compile data, prepare statistical reports including spreadsheets, and may analyze the results for presentations.
- Communicates with Payroll, Finance and Accounting on all matters relating to employee data, pay status, increases, new hire/data, bonuses, etc.
- Act as subject matter expert for the HRIS system. Act as an escalation point for end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using the system.
- Assist with various HR Projects
- Support resolving day to day application issues with recruiting module including system configuration; assist in Bi-Weekly data file upload in analytical application; Assist during UAT of various system implementations; help preparing documentation, etc.

Education
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Human resources, information technology, computer science, or a related field is Required
Work Experience
- 1 year or more in HRIS, preferably Oracle HCM - Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Basic skills in the use of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp, Macros) and HRIS system
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office products
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills necessary for meeting deadlines
