The HR Transition Support Specialist is a part-time, temporary position reporting to the SVP of Human Resourcs created to help create communications, document new business processes and train end users on our integrated HR systems and resources. Expected duration of this assignment is 6 months but may be extended as business needs necessitate.
- Assists with configuration of the end user experience in our selected HRMS.
- Creates process documents and job aids for new HR resources and processes.
- Designs and administers the company communications portal.
- Assists with design and management of new LMS.
- Creates detailed project and communication materials related to the integrated HR strategy including benefit guides, open enrollment communications, system transition Q&As, etc.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
- Five (5) or more years of Human Resources experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with HCM and integrated 3rd party solutions.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral).
