We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join a customers team in Madison. The successful candidate will be responsible for plant HR initiatives

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the HR team and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
Recruit and hire top talent for the company
Develop and implement employee development programs
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments within the company
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of experience in an HR supervisory role
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
