Job Description

We are seeking a strong team player to assist with our client's HR Projects.

The scope of the position will include:

• Act as a trustworthy and proactive partner for managers and employees for all personnel, labor law, and HR policy matters.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other HR operations tasks
• Administer the Background verification process of new employee
• Creating and managing reports to track and analyze HR operations data
• Providing guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Stay abreast of relevant local and international regulation changes pertaining to employment matters.
• Ensure HRIS data and employee files are accurate, clean, and up to date.
• Explore new avenues when optimizing existing HR processes and methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Administration or Law is an advantage preferably.
• 1 year+ experience in a similar role as an HR Generalist, preferably
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of labor law
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, and good judgment.
• Capability to work individually but also as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Rigorous and reliable with a high sense of confidentiality.
• Hands-on mentality to tackle day-to-day issues.
