We are looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development.
Responsibilities:
● Consistently recruiting excellent staff
● Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
● Training, counseling, and our coaching staff
● Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
● Carrying out necessary administrative duties
● Conducting performance reviews
● Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
● Creating clear and concise reports
● Giving helpful and engaging presentations
● Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
● Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
● Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
● Reviewing, and processing the company Benefits, and 401k.
Skills
● Proven experience as an HR Manager
● Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs (MS Excel / Google Sheets in particular)
● Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
● A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
