Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and performance management issues
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain HR records and produce reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training and development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred
