Hr Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations and performance management issues
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain HR records and produce reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
• Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred
