About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of an organization's HR department. This ranges from evaluating recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to overseeing employee benefit programs, to developing a strategic plan for the HR department.
It is expected that the ideal candidate will keep a pulse on employee relations, ensure practices are compliant with regulations, and coordinate the administering of services like onboarding, benefits, and training.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bilingual - English and Spanish (Must be Fluent in both) We are willing to sponsor H-1B's
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or another related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products. Proven experience in the following areas:
- In charge of recruitment, interviews, hires, and training of new staff
- Ensure Compliance of State and Federal Guidelines, Policy, Procedures and Regulations are met
- Assist with compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Work with IT for onboarding process of new hires
- Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Update and Create policy and procedures for employees
- Update and Create policy and procedures for Safety and Health guidelines for employees
- HR weekly team meetings and follow-up is completed
- Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Other Job duties as assigned

- Bilingual - Speak, Read and Write in English and Spanish
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knows how to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
- Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Motivator and team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Able to travel frequently
- Work in office required
