Status: Temporary
Location: Harlingen, TX
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scanning and processing of all employee records from paper to electronic files using DynaFile software
- Support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll on business processes
- Transactional support and data analysis
- Recommending best practices and providing solutions to transactional processes and data errors
- Provide thorough and professional customer service
- Auditing to support data integrity of complete files and scanning of records
- Maintains confidentiality of Employee and or resident data as outlined in our LMS, Policies & Procedures
- Assist with other duties and projects that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical mind, with problem solving skills, an aptitude for accuracy, and attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent critical thinking skills
- Computer savvy (MS Word, MS Outlook & Excel)
- Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable, and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment
