The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. The salary range will be $80,000 - $120,000 DOE with HYBRID SCHEDULE and STRONG benefits!

What you get to do every single day
- Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
- Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Teach employees such that they follow all policies and procedures
- Put in place management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers
- Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings
- Analyze reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
- Lead and define exit interviews and procedures
- Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
- Enhance the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Solid understanding of HR software and strong familiarity of MS Office- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards
- 1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources
- An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
- 5+ years in human resources
- Past position in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired
- Ability to view issues objectively
