HOUSING SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
PART TIME – 1st SHIFT
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
The Community Support Services program of Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries is actively seeking candidates for a part time Housing Services Representative. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of an Independent Living affordable housing program in Centre county.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates admissions to the apartments, manages waiting lists, performs clerical functions, and ensures building functions are within guidelines of governing bodies including oversight of maintenance needs, safety, and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience in an administrative support capacity.
