You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Fleet & Family Readiness, Housing Division N93 of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.

Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting inspections of housing facilities to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishings, and equipment; 2) Applying applicable federal, command, and local policy to housing management (i.e. assignment, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.); 3) Counseling service members on the availability, type, and size of quarters available; and 4) Planning work assignments based on priorities and staff capabilities.
