Housekeeping Manager

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

```Duties```
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards are met
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping team members
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards

-Assist in laundry when needed
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist in budgeting, and scheduling for the housekeeping department

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
